I love West Quad
I love west quad! I am currently a senior living here and it’s a great location with amazing amenities. The staff is more than helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I especially enjoy Melanie Mosquera as she is always smiling and super friendly every time I see her in the office! I would recommend living here!

Live anywhere but here
Terrible place to live. There were so many problems with my apartment - mice, black mold, no running water to name a couple. The maintenance staff was not helpful at all it would take days if not weeks to get them to come to my apartment and when they did they would basically just tell me that they didnt know what to do. They also tried to screw me over with hundreds of dollars of BS charges at the end of the year which they waived after I complained which shows me that they figured they might... as well see if I was dumb enough to pay them. Awful, Awful place to live and everyone I know that lived there thought the same.

Worst place ever!
I am a current resident in west quad. And I have too much things to write for the people who are looking for apartment in west quad. I signed lease earlier but I got pay much more than my roommate per month and my roommate also got 500 cash back while I didnt. Second, I live on the rail way side, its too noisy cuz the train might come in 2 am,3am,4am through all day. The wall is too thin you can hear everything from your neighbor. Wi-fi sometimes go down. People having party all the time and its... too far from campus. The bus is coming every 20 mins. There are not enough parking lot for students. I wont live in here anymore!!!

A nice place to live!
I'm a current resident at West Quad and I enjoy everything they have to offer. West Quad has an amazing gym, sauna, swimming pool, hot tub and more. They are always hosting fun events as well as raffles for their residents. I recommend West Quad living for anyone looking for an apartment in Champaign.
