This property is where it's at! Great walking distance to whatever you need! Whether its food, drinks or your daily groceries, nothing beats the convenience. As for the units themselves, it's all updated! You get new floors and new kitchen appliances. Really enjoying my time here.

Under Construction 24/7
I'm sure by the end of 2022 the apartment building will be nice and renovated but right now the entire thing is under construction making wfh impossible. The hallways are filthy and the air is full of dust from all the construction and water is constantly being shut off all day long. I lived here for three years and was never notified that the construction was even happening in the first place. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was having severe allergy reactions from the... dust and couldn't take meetings during the day from the drilling they told me I could try working from Starbucks or break my lease and move out. Besides the construction the apartment is constantly smokey from the restaurants next door, the parking garage is difficult to maneuver and janky, and packages are frequently being stolen from the mailroom. Basically, look elsewhere.
