The 3rd floor/finished attic unit is connected by the back stairwell. It can be a master suite unit or can be a separate air bnb style unit. The current tenant uses the top floor for air bnb and keeps the profit above the base rent.

There is a patio in the back with a gardening space designated for the unit if you happen to have a green thumb or are interested in trying to get one.

The neighborhood is fantastic with plenty of new places popping up, a great bike/walking path connecting two parks, Horner Park, Kumas burgers and Honey Butter Fried Chicken all very close. Of course the location is great for commuting as well. Off of Belmont to avoid the noise but a minute walk to the bus stop at the end of the street. 90/94 ramp is right on Belmont and the Blue line is a 10 minute walk.
