Turn back the clock- forward your mail to Lincoln Park. It was one of the most luxurious apartment hotels of its time — the 50s; a great era when America boomed, Elvis first crooned and hot rods zoomed. Today this vintage Lincoln Park high-rise — while still maintaining that wonderful mystique — has been tastefully renovated. Head inside and find your next apartment, complete with whitewashed hardwood floors, sparkly new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, built-in microwave and dishwasher, and big windows. What else? How about the lakefront mere blocks away; the cool eats, shops and bars of Clark street; Lincoln Park Zoo, Peggy Notebardt Museum and for golf lovers, the Diversey Driving range. All of which starts with a great rental home overlooking Lincoln Park Lagoon and the lakefront. B in the heart of Lakeview and Lincoln Park.

I truly have nothing bad to say about this apartment. Georgiana, one of the property managers is absolutely wonderful and is so pleasant to deal with. All my work orders have been completed the same day they're requested. It's quiet, safe, updated, and all utilities are included (even internet!) the area is amazing. I have everything I need in walking distance. Security attendants are friendly and attentive. Only inconvenience is Duffy's on the weekends, of course, that is no problem of BJB.... Slightly smaller than most studios, but if you're living alone with minimal things, it's not bad at all.

Style meets Functionality
If you like being steps away from food, shopping, transportation and the beach this is the place for you. The amenities included in this building are also off the charts - wifi included in your rent, a spacious laundry room, a work-out facility on the top floor with views of the city and rooftop access that overlooks Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan, to name a few. Did I mention the entire building is completely re-done? Very modern and clean. Look no further. This is the apartment for you!

Small Rooms for Price
Nothing bad particularly to say about this building. It's just a little too small of a studio to fit a normal lifestyle in. I could barley fit my full size bed in the room let alone have a dresser, desk and small dinner table. I think if you're going to be spending 1,000 a month for a studio you should definitely try and look at other places before settling here. The rooftop is great to entertain people on but it does close at 7:30 PM which is a little early for my tastes.
