The apartment was presentable, clean, and spacious when I saw it. There was no doubt that I would rent here. The 1 BR is great for living and for studying. The best thing about this apartment is the amenities. Electric, heat, and water included in the rent makes this $785 rent more than acceptable. I appreciate Apartments.Com for pointing me in the right direction. A job!

my apartment rocks!
I have a studio in this building. Its a really quiet building on a pretty main street. The maintenance keeps the building clean and the pangea company always has great promotions like when I first moved in I got $200 off first month rent. When ever I have a maintenance issue they always come fix everything the next day or no later than two days. The only issue I've had with them is that one night I got locked out of my building unit. I called customer service and needed them to send someone to... help me he in my apartment unit. They never called me back until the next morning and I ended up locked out of my apartment for more than half the night. Other than that, I love my apartment.
