I've lived in Cortland River North for three years and plan on staying. The neighborhood is amazing, the units are beautiful, but it's the staff and community here that really makes the biggest difference. I moved here from out of state and while normally moving is super stressful, Imani made sure every step of the move was easy. She truly is the heart and soul of this building and is one of the main reasons so many of the residents continually resign their leases. While this building is in the heart of the city, we are tucked away a little in River North giving it a very quite feel. The apartments are beautiful and having such a big balcony is amazing. The concierge staff is amazing and so... friendly. I will continue to recommend this building to anyone.
