I absolutely LOVE Cortland!!! The management and team are the best people ever. And the community is great!

We have lived at this property for two years and it has been a fantastic experience! There are two factors which uniquely set this building apart from the other, many buildings you could live in downtown.

First, for some reason there are so many low buildings around this one that it creates a beautiful urban horizon - especially on the east side of the building, which is also where the pool grand grill-out patio area faces. It's remarkable!

Second, the building hospitality staff could not be... any better! Nate and Imani are second to none the best property managers in the entire Cortland property family - I guarantee it!! The welcome-desk staff are just as friendly and warm: Tiara has been a steady presence always welcoming us to the building and wishing us a good day as we leave for work. Herman, Isaias, and Maria take great care of the building proactively addressing potential issues with doors, elevators, and the entire building is spotless all the time!

It's great living downtown amidst the great restaurants and bars, and our experience is made even better when you come home to friendly, warm and welcoming staff! Cortland River North has been a wonderful experience. The biggest thing I was looking for when moving was a place with good management that cares for their residents concerns and Cortland has exceeded my expectations.

I've lived in Cortland River North for three years and plan on staying. The neighborhood is amazing, the units are beautiful, but it's the staff and community here that really makes the biggest difference. The staff at Cortland is the most kind personable community I have ever seen and I am so grateful I found them!
