I’ve had a generally positive experience living here. The location is convenient, and I appreciate the range of amenities available, from the well-maintained common areas to the on-site facilities like the gym and parking. The management team has been responsive and helpful when any issues arose, and maintenance requests were typically handled in a timely manner.
Overall, I would recommend this place to others, especially for the convenience, friendly staff, and comfortable living environment.... It’s been a good experience, and I’ve enjoyed my time here.

What a great living experience at One Chicago. Outside of having downtown Chicago all around you, we have the in-house amenities of gym, groceries, cafe, dry cleaning services and on-site parking. Never need to leave the building, especially when the weather is bad.

We talk our friends all the time about what a great experience we have had at one Chicago. In my opinion, it’s the best building in the city. amenities are amazing, staff is exceptional, and the entire building is a great place to live.

The building is great with all amenities you could think of. However, we had a terrible experience with lease management who was not willing to corroborate. For Non- US citizens, without a credit score, is it ridiculously difficult to van accepted. We felt that not everyone of management was aware of the policies.
