I would give zero stars if possible. My experience with this apartment complex has been a nightmare due to bedbugs infestation, and the management's complete incompetence in addressing the issue.
Not only did we discover bedbugs in our unit upon moving in less than a month ago, but we later found out that they've been battling this infestation for over 6 years! Shockingly, the management failed to disclose this crucial information when we signed the lease.
My roommates and neighbors and I have... to throw away furniture, clothes and everything and spend hundreds on treatment.
Communication from management is virtually non-existent. They avoid my calls, and when I do manage to get through, they give vague promises with no follow-up. It's clear they do not care about their tenants' well-being or comfort.
Living here has been a nightmare. Us waking up covered in bites every morning, and despite documenting everything with photos and emails, they continue to deny there's a serious problem.
Save yourself the stress and health risks—avoid this apartment complex at all costs!
