The building was so horribly constructed that there are issues almost every week with things that should be basic. There are constant hot water issues. The new management company who took over seemed promising, but is also pretty terrible. They arent transparent about issues and have only made cosmetic updates. They bought new peloton bikes, which is great, but the treadmills dont work in the gym. Or there are issues with the pool. Maybe fix those before spending thousands on cosmetic updates...
Oh yea, there were break ins in the garage and nothing was communicated to the apartment community.
I would avoid at all costs

There are some issues that we are fixing after buying the building. We are doing our best to expedite solutions. We will make announcements when dates are solidified. AVOID
Kenect has an awesome pool! However, the rest of the building is literally a dump. Management seldom clears the trash chutes so garbage piles up in the hallways which doesn't make for a pretty sight nor smell.
The units themselves are not much better. Don't be fooled by the nice facade of the building, the construction within the units is clearly cheap, and when stuff breaks down, management is extremely slow to respond if they respond at all.
The only other thing that comes to mind is that... many of the limited number of cardio machines are perpetually broke. So don't count on using the gym.

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about the changes in the past few weeks to Kenect with the recent property manager change in our community. We always take the opportunity to improve... our experience for our residents and will review your concerns to hopefully improve more. Recently we hired a staff member to help with the trash chutes and the recycling areas which will directly reflect on your comment about the trash chutes. We did experience some build ups in the past few weeks due to larger items being disposed in the trash chutes like boxes, appliances and other items that did not comfortably fit in the chute rooms. We recently have also increased our trash service to make more frequent stops to our community to help with disposing of the unwanted trash. In regards to the fitness center we have a service team that comes to our community to make sure all of our workout equipment is working properly. It is never fool proof but we do need feedback from our residents to help make adjustments when something is broken or problems occur. If you see anything else in our community that is not working properly please stop by to introduce yourself and we will get on it immediately. If there is anything we can do to help with your stay please let us know and we would be happy to assist.
