I am glad about my decision to move into The Ella Apartments. Ms. Veronica and Jerome were nice and attentive. The residents are respectful. The building is quiet secure and clean.

From the moment I moved in over a years ago everything has been flawless. Maintenance has been very attentive and friendly anytime I needed something addressed.

Lack of communication from management and maintenance person. I have done what I needed to as a renter via reporting things directly to management and the resident portal and still have not received the help needed even a week later.
