The Oliver is a great place to live if you’re looking for a studio apartment with access to Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast and downtown Chicago. There are multiple public transportation options as well. The staff have always been helpful.

I have been subletting all summer at the Oliver and loved it. All of the staff are so nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are also taken care of in a timely manner - Katherine

The location could not be more perfect. Two steps outside of the house and the clark/division stop plus multiple bus routes are there. The area is very nice, does not feel shady or dangerous, and the Oliver provides plenty of building get togethers like smores nights or clothing drives!

Staff are friendly & attentive to the needs of the residents

The apartments are very well remodeled and have great finishes. The staff is always ready to help and have an amazing attitude. I can’t recommend living here more. If you want great location and a good apartment, this is the place.
