I was promised a gift card if I renewed my lease, but they have not given it to me. The "Community Rewards" system is a scam. Vue 53 is run by corporate landlords, completely soulless parasites.

This is a very nice building I enjoy living here the employees are very nice people the building is very nice and clean the only thing it the mailman they run so late and sometimes it seems like they don’t come

fast maintenance and good with packages as well only thing is the water for shower can be weak and not hot enough sometimes but overall a good living conidition

Not clear stated regarding leasing price, application fee, admin fee, and all extra fees for furniture etc. procedure for sublease is complicated and expensive as well

My roommate and I have had a serious cockroach problem since we first moved in. The maintenance staff is fairly responsive but nothing they've done has helped at all. I suspect this has something to do with us being so close to the trash chute and other residences not properly following instructions. I wish the staff were a bit more proactive about this. I wouldn't mind if trash chutes were closed for a bit so that people feel more compelled to actually follow the rules.

I've also felt a bit...
unsafe a couple of times while in the elevator or in the lobby. There isn't much security so I've had a couple strange encounters that made me a bit nervous.

It's not the worst place to live for the price, but I'm very glad to be moving out.
