I’ve been living at Welkin for almost 2 years and I love it. It is a clean and safe environment with great amenities. The entire staff is amazing, always giving prompt building updates and timely responses to maintenance requests and any general inquiries. Outside of the kind staff, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly community and friends I’ve made. I’ve been very happy the last 2 years living here.

Application process was very simple. I liked that everything could be done digitally. Tania was super helpful and actively communicated everything that needed to be done prior to moving in. Very happy with the apartment and all the various amenities

Welkin is a beautiful building with great amenities. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The move in process was quick and easy and any issues were quickly fixed by maintenance.
