Been living here almost a year now and worst living experience of my life. Office staff never answers or returns calls. Office staff is never in office during posted office hours. The first apartment they had us in had water damage in the living room, one of the bathrooms didn’t get hot water, and the bedroom had a broken window (we did not get to view the apartment before moving in). The water damage went ignored for so long that mushrooms grew out of our walls. We also had one of the hobs on... the stove randomly burst into flames while i was cooking (again office didn’t even answer my call or call me back). We are now in our 2nd apartment, this one catty corner of the first. This one’s dryer doesnt work, also a broken window in the bedroom, and this one leaks into the kitchen. We informed the office of the leak and they have completely ignored it and us. Due to this we have mold in our kitchen cabinets. It is also usually not possible to park anywhere near our building and the other tenants are absurdly loud around the clock. Parking lot and corridors always reek of weed. We had someone just randomly knock a single time before unlocking and opening our door and realizing that there were people living in here said “wrong apartment” and left with no other context. I had better experience being homeless than I have living here. I would not recommend anyone live here no matter how desperate. They have also tried lying directly to my face claiming I said things that I never said.
