Classic apartment complex located directly across the street from Northwestern University and within a couple blocks of downtown Evanston.
Very old building and poor apartment management that made the move-in process extremely stressful. Just FYI, the apartments look nothing like the pictures shown. The floors are super dirty no matter how hard you clean them, there is no AC, and rooms vary drastically in size. Really would not recommend living here unless you have no other choice, especially for the price that you are paying. You can definitely find better properties for cheaper.
