I would never rent from here again due to the truly egregious mismanagement. Save yourself the money, and do not rent at this location.
List of issues I've experienced while at 2121 Ridge (Owned by CLK Evanston)*: 1. Dishwasher was flooded/molded over (at move-in) to such an extent that one could not open it without stinking up the apartment. Maintenance tried several times to fix it (we wanted a new one), but it inevitably had to be replaced. This took ~5 months. 2. Microwave was broken for... several months so that if it opened while running, the kitchen shortcircuit (despite consistent service requests). 3. Apartment not well maintained (doorknobs, faucets, etc. falling of ~ month), and management often took long to follow up. I suspect their maintenance staff is understaffed. 4. Upon move-in, a thin of dead flies covered the floors (a window was left open by staff). Management said they would send cleaners; however, they never came -- or even followed up -- leaving us to clean it. 5. Laundry machines constantly breaking/flooding. 6. Workout facility at 2121 ridge consists of a broken treadmill and pieces of an elliptical in the laundry room.

Worst place ever
This is one of the work place to rent from. Do not rent from plz, I repeat do yourself a favor do not rent from them. Their place is dirty and full of bed bugs.

Surprising nice apartment near Northwestern
This apartment is beautiful! Everyone who comes over says it's the nicest place they've seen a college kid living in. Hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen, and recessed lighting... Best of all, laundry is free and in-unit!!! It's 30 seconds from the purple line and 15 minutes from Northwestern's campus, so it's perfect for college students, commuters, or anyone who wants to save a little money. The landlord is a professor at NU, so he's really kind and understanding. I would live... here forever if I were still a student at NU, but sadly I must move on. Still, it's a really fantastic place, and it was snatched up as soon as the landlord was offering.
