Beautiful, quiet and spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 2nd floor apartment in North Evanston has large living room, huge OLED TV, high speed wifi,... sunroom, high end kitchen, and home office. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dual sink and oven/range with warming drawer. The apartment gets lots and lots of sun and birds visit outside my window every day, if you like that kind of stuff.
Massive fenced in backyard perfect for dogs, complete with pergola and sitting area. I’ve planted lots of flowers in back, so in the spring the yard just explodes with color and bees and hummingbirds. There’s also an in building washer & dryer, one covered and one uncovered parking space can be discussed for additional fee.
The apartment is a few blocks from the central metra station. It’s also within a 5 minute walk to Jewel Osco, Whole Foods, a park and Central Street shops. There’s a bus that you can pick up on Green Bay that takes you to downtown Evanston in 10 minutes.
Owner (my mom) is looking for QUIET, clean and respectful renters who DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE. Building is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible nor is it friendly to people with mobility issues. Again, the place comes fully furnished.
Three month minimum lease, no subleasing, all renters must have a co-signer and will be subject to background and credit check. Renters must also have 2 good references that aren't family members.
