I’ve lived at Reserve for the past four years and wholeheartedly agree that management and maintenance are great. As a retired interior designer, one of the things I really love is how bright the space is with large windows, 9’ceilings, and up-to-date finishes! No dreary days here! Easy access to walking trails and gym help to make it a really nice place to live!

I have rented from Shodeen before and have always been really impressed with their properties. Everything is well maintained and any time I have needed maintenance, they've been very prompt.
It's a newer building so the units are very modern with full size stainless steel appliances (which is not always the case in apartments!) There are also a lot of really nice conveniences - an optional underground parking garage, a trash chute, a fitness center and a convenience store a block away. ...
Because it's nestled in a neighborhood, there's also really scenic walking paths around the community, which is a great feature.
