I had rented there for 11 yrs. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, which was not often. I would call management Angie and she would schedule someone for the same day to look at the issue and fix it. The maintenance was very good at repairing the issue. To haveca management company be so prompt at fixing repairs is a must and that they are. I was in the process of buying a home and needed an extra 2 months from my lease expired date, and they were so accommodating on it. That really... helped me out. I would highly recommend their rentals and the neighborhood I never had any problems with.
