Misleading listing
I booked a tour to see a 2 bedroom and drove an hour to get there. When I arrived I was told that the unit that was available was $300 more per month than what was listed on apartments.com. At best this company is disorganized, at worst they're dishonest and not respectful of people's time.

Mixed feelings. Overall, would not recommend for the price.
The PROs: The apartment is impeccable. Highlights: soft close drawers/ cabinets, tons of storage, big island, nice pantry. Whirlpool appliances (microwave over the stove, gas range, refrigerator w/ice maker). Coat closet is larger than usual. High efficiency washer and dryer. Dual vanity in the bathroom, which is also spacious. Very large linen closet. The bedroom is standard size, with a big walk-in closet. The balcony is nice and private, big enough for two chairs and a table. The thermostat... and lights can be run by an app. All white with black handles and black/stainless appliances.
CONs: I don't have dogs and would appreciate not hearing them at early hours of the morning (5-6am barking on the balcony) and evening (after 11pm). I've complained about it, but management is my other concern. They respond to *absolutely no emails.* Funny, when I was inquiring about the apartments, they responded within MINUTES - every single time! Right up until I moved in. Now - silence. No response to anything.
Moving in was smooth, however, if you need anything on a Sunday, the office is closed. I've had two very important issues to resolve that coincidentally occurred on Sunday and required management's assistance. Sit and wait till Monday.
The garage (add’l $160/month) is heated and air conditioned. The spaces are extremely close together. If you have anything larger than a compact car, you'll make a 3-point turn to park. If anyone parks crooked, you'll have door dings. It comes with storage, you need a lock for it. It's extremely dusty overall and my car gets fine gray dust all over it, every day. The garage door is constantly broken. Maintenance would rather put a "band aid" on the issue by resetting it constantly, rather than fixing it. Their other solution was to give us a key to the side door - so I can get out of the car and walk around to open the door.
Noise in this complex echoes through the courtyard and it is quite loud on weekends with music blasting at the pool. Again... no one does anything about it even though it's in the "pool rules" to keep the music to a minimum. Also, a group of people were at the pool at 2am one night over the Summer. Very mature. Where's the security?
I'm paying A LOT and I don't expect to be constantly ignored have to literally walk into the office to get my concerns addressed. Especially after they've already shown me how quickly they can respond during the early stages of inquiring leading right up to moving day.
