The apartment was huge, and the maintenance and management team are top notch. I lived there for years, and during that time I barely had to reach out to maintenance but when I did they responded insanely fast and they were extremely polite. I also transferred from one apartment to another, and Kate, the leasing manager, made the process a breeze. I never felt worried about reaching out to maintenance or management, and would occasionally even stop and say hello to them. I was a tenant for 3 years. I lived in the apartment buildings and townhome. My townhome was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and I was proud to show off my home to friends/family. Maintenance was very timely and whenever I had any issues Kate would take address them in a timely fashion. In my 3 years as a tenant I have no major complaints.

Loved the very nice kitchen and glass top stove. A huge bonus was having the washer/dryer unit in the apartment! The bedroom was over sized and roomy. There are 2 huge closets, one nice closet with shelves, a lovely bath counter with plenty of storage and lovely blonde oak wood cabinets in the kitchen. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Location is perfect... close ro Walmart, Woodmans, Meijer, State Street and Rt 173 where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was very quiet in... the apartment.
The floors were beautiful tile and wood.The head maintenance man is kind, thoughtful, professional, hard working, prompt and lives on site!
