Been here about 3 years now.. I haven't seen not one roach or bed bug. Spiders yes, the first year i moved in during the summer crickets & spiders. Gotten way better the next 2 years..Management pretty laid back and very understanding.. As far as parking goes about a year ago they was really anal about cars w/o permit parking and visitors passes.. Since then you don't see the tow guy as much..

Consider this place if you love roaches!! First day moved in and roaches in the cabinets, bathroom, almost everywhere. So disgusting.
