The Social on Hovey is a great place to live and has so many amenities. The front desk always answers and maintenance is super quick. It’s the perfect location from campus, although the traffic can be loud at times

nothing fancy but a nice apartment. the maintenance guys are some of the nicest people i’ve met. they manage a lot of apartments, but always make sure to come in with a smile and explain things. if it’s something small they don’t make you feel stupid, they simply explain it ,fix it, and go about their day.

I really like the social; it’s a solid apartment complex. The units are modern and well-maintained, with spacious layouts and plenty of natural light. The community amenities, like the gym, , and lounge areas, are top-notch and always clean. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Management is responsive and friendly, making it easy to resolve any issues. The neighbors are respectful, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and welcoming.
