Porter is the best!
Moving into to Porter has been an overall wonderful experience. The apartment itself is perfect and all of the common spaces are kept well. Special shout out to Cody for being exceptional. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

A gift to Oak Park!
I've lived in Oak Park for 2 years and watched the Porter House being built. I knew it was going to be outstanding and as soon as I took my tour I knew I had to live there.
It was a good decision. The building is beautiful and the amenities, make you feel truly welcome. They've already had several events to welcome us and to provide a fun time for us to meet our neighbors and become part of a wonderful community.
The staff is amazing. Cody and Jasmine, not only take care of every request but... they follow up as well. Justin, the property manager is experienced, knowledgeable, and totally engaged. Juan and Ismael who maintain the property beautifully, also take good care of our apartments.
The security is excellent and I truly feel safe living here.
Thank you to The Porter House and the excellent staff that make it home.

This place is gorgeous and the Staff are awesome
The team including Justin, Cody, Jasmine, Juan and Ismael are delightful, helpful and accommodating. They are always approachable and upbeat. They are very flexible and troubleshoot minor issues, especially during my move into The Porter. My friends and family always comment about how hospitable the staff are here.

Oak Park's new Gem!
I've lived in several Oak Park apartments in the past. This year, I found myself moving back to Oak Park.
Talk about silver linings. My move back coincided with the opening of the new development; Potter in the Pleasant District.
Amenities are top-notch but no one ever mentions the intangibles. For me, those intangibles are equally as important....your building's management team.
My move in was the smoothest to date.
The team collectively is great, responsive and detail oriented (plus... genuine and authentic)..... Justin, Cody, Jasmine (Jasmine has the biggest, brightest smile; come in and see)
I signed after the first tour.
