I was a tenant at 304 W Touhy from April 2018 to April 2020. I loved living here and only moved because I got married and needed a larger place. Craig is super responsive for any issues and Andy was always professional with any maintenance requests. The price of the rent was very fair and didn't increase much at all when i renewed my lease (twice!) The most convenient perks of this property were the 5 minute walk to the Metra UP-NW line, and the dedicated assigned parking spot behind the... building. Add in the key fob front door access and number pad apartment door lock, and I really could not be more impressed. 10/10 would rent again!

Great place
Fantastic location in Park ridge- I very much enjoyed living here and would continue if I was not relocating out of state. Great management and maintenance- all issues brought up is taken care of swiftly. The old building has thick walls which means your apartment would be very quiet. I'm going to miss living here!

I highly recommend this property for a number of reasons. The owner has done a great job of upgrading the building and continues to add improvements, is courteous, friendly, and prompt with replies to questions (he's a great person!). The staff who maintain the building are also friendly and provide prompt service. The location is within walking distance of Park Ridge, which has a movie theater, wonderful library, many stores and restaurants, and the train to the city. Whole Foods is across the... street, and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and lovely. For quality of management, convenience, and a nice environment, this apartment building has my 5 stars!
