I lived here as a student. The distance from campus was convenient. The apartments are great, property is really well maintained, and the amenities were also fantastic. Most of the residents are students, families, or older couples so it's generally pretty quiet. The office staff was always very accommodating.

I scheduled a showing at 2:30 the office emailed me to change it to 4 PM. They didn't tell me what apartment to meet them at so at 4:02 I was desperately scrambling. Trying to call and text to figure out where I was supposed to be. When I finally got an answer
I was told there were 3 other people ahead of me and I didn't actually get my showing until 4:30 after i'd been there for 40 minutes. If you can't make a good first impression, I don't have much faith in your management skills

I've lived here over 6 years and never had a problem. It's conveniently located near everything. The rent is reasonable for good-size units with full amenities, and the units are very energy efficient too. The office staff and maintenance people are friendly and are quick to take care of any issues that may arise. Neighbors are generally working-class people who are friendly and respectful of each other's space. I have never had any noise issues with neighbors here. A great starting apartment. Neighborhood is quiet and the building is safe. Conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants. Never had any trouble with other tenants. Was well updated when we moved in. Definitely will renew the lease!
