Very nice apartments when you need something fixed there is no wait for it. Love the rooftop. Beautiful views the gym is very nice. Steve in the office are very helpful. I think parking is a little too expensive.

Quiet and nice amenities. Residents need to do a better job of breaking down cardboard boxes placed in the recycling bin. Also, residents need to do a better job of not allowing their dogs to pee right outside the back door.
Overall, nice experience so far.

The Highpoint staff is always helpful and friendly and the premises are kept well. The plan fun seasonal community events for residents, for both adult and children. The past two years living at Highpoint have been a joy.
