Former Resident
I lived here from 2014-2016 and found it to be a great value. The interior was well-maintained and cleaned, and maintenance was quick to respond to appliance problems. The neighbors tend to keep to themselves, and I had no problems with anyone there. The neighborhood had a lot of families and is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, so I really liked the area. I had lived in a rough apartment in town owned by the same company, and they helped me find this place when I asked to leave. To be... sure, there are nicer places in town, but this is a great apartment in a nice location for the price. I would recommend giving them a look.
