First floor does have heated floors,which is the heat source there. The 2nd level is electric baseboard heat and has it's own control there. Unit requires window a/c. For serious interest each adult needs to complete a credit application. We only accept cash,money order,or cashier check. Pets may be considered,but at owner's discretion. There will be a pet fee determined by the owner. The garage area is not included in the rental. The tenant is responsible for mowing the back yard area.
