Parking is a disaster
Apartment is great, but the parking situation and neighbors are a disaster. Parking spaces are extremely tight so even if everyone parks inside the lines of their space, it makes it impossible to enter or exit your car. There have been many times I've come home and my space has been occupied by another car, probably a guest of a neighbor who can't bother to tell them where the guest spaces are. If you don't have a car, great place to live.. but if you do, hopefully it's the size of a egg so you... don't have to deal with this mess.

We are aware of the tight parking spaces, however, they do meet the requirements set by the City and this way it allows us to offer AT LEAST 1 parking spot to be INCLUDED in the rent for each tenant. Most tenants even have... the option for an additional space. Nice staff & nice neighbors, but thin walls & MICE
Lived in a 2-bedroom @ 441 N Ardmore for a year. Rent was affordable, air conditioning worked very well. The office manager, Paula, was always extremely helpful. I appreciated my time here, but I should warn about a few major issues you should consider prior to renting here:
One downside is the walls must be thin or something. The sound of people in other apartments can be very noticeable. The worst was when I woke up around 3am one night to hear a couple living above us having an extremely... heated yelling match.
Big downside is that around spring 2020, a family of mice (living in the walls?) got thru a hole under our kitchen sink and into our apartment. The problem lasted for the remainder of our time there. We caught at least 7 in the traps we set. Asked property management & all they did was give us more traps because they said it wouldn't be legal to call an exterminator (???)

I've been here 6 years.
The office manager Paula is more than a manager for apartment rentals. She's been so helpful to me in so many ways. She's always willing to answer a question and help out. The maintenance men are also awesome. If I ever need anything repaired or checked they are right here to fix it. They are fast and neat and always happy.
