My family and I have been living here for a year. The office and maintenance staff are great. They made our transition from moving out of our house into an apartment easier than I thought it would be. We are grateful for a safe, comfortable, and peaceful place to call home. Very pet friendly which I love. Kind and friendly neighbors. Decorating christmas contests and summer party that reminded me community and fun is alive and well here! The bosses are helpful, kind andstraightforward woman who are always on sight in the office. The on sight cleaning younger woman shares their bright personality & actually hired her for light cleaning for myself when my daughter left for college. The head of maintenence lives on sight and same day I needed him he was there and very... professional. The office runs a tight ship that makes for abeautiful sense of community. immaculate move in wall to wall which is spacious with modern amenities. We really wanted to live in this community, it's smaller and tidy and the units are very nice. We feel as though we were mislead, however, by the leasing office as to the process of being approved for tenancy. Read everything carefully. We were told that they would work with us on approval, but the approval process is handled in a corporate office and is basically a clear cut yes or no, with no leeway. The charges are high so be sure before approving. Unfortunately we were denied and not... told why and now we're out $100 from our apartment search savings and left to start at square one elsewhere.
