My daughter reported broken window locks and torn screens when she first viewed the place; legally they can't rent the place like that but promised to have it fixed by the time she moved in. On move-in day, they promised new windows would be installed the following Monday and since all her belongings were in a moving truck we proceeded with the move. My daughter documented all the things wrong and broken in her place and took photos as well. The windows never were replaced. Instead, they put... sticks into the sliding tracks so that the windows couldn't be opened. Nothing from her list has ever been fixed.
The property manager was replaced and the next one told my daughter that they had no money in the budget for any repairs, so the broken intercom, broken washers and dryers and bad windows would never be fixed. People are so angry that onsite management stopped answering their phone or doorbell, so the residents stand outside the office and yell at the managers.
Management just changed again in the last month, and they have promised to work through the repairs from my daughter's list, but they didn't have a copy of it so she gave them a copy and photos she has taken. This onsite manager said the budget is so low that they can't even afford paper receipts when people pay their rent, so there's little chance any of this will change.

Consider this a last option move
I've lived here for 6 months and it has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with, I'm breaking the lease it's that bad. Horrible staff that's rude and maintenance is no where to be found.
Whatever they tell you is most likely a lie, don't trust anyone here. Nothing they showed me in picture or told me was actually in my apartment.
My apartment had a broken window, cigarette burns everywhere and missing lights. The lady at the office (who got fired already) told me it would all be... renovated before I moved in. It took 5 months, FIVE MONTHS to replace my window and they never fixed anything else.
The office constantly ignores my calls and I have to ask for things at least 3 times before they're addressed. My girlfriend lived here for over a year and barely had their sink fixed due to water damage.
