Management is great, has gym and pool with a nice community as well. Floor plan is excellent and price is fair compared to other apartments.

There has been a few issues since I’ve been here. However maintenance is pretty quick. I’m moving because of rent increases, and I don’t have a dishwasher,or updates on my apt. I do feel safe. I like office staff, maintenance, and location is awesome

Beech Meadow is a great community with an excellent office and maintenance staff who listen to issues and respond as quickly as possible. My time here has been hassle free and I plan to stay here for a long time to come.
