Nice place to live, but parking is extremely limited. Have had to park my vehicle outside of the parking lot before. Would not recommend if you work nights or evenings, there is usually no spots left in the lot by the time you get home.

Hi! As the property has just recently filled up to 100 percent occupancy, we have been made aware tenants are having trouble in the evenings finding a spot. We own the lot next door to the property, and have sent notice out to all residents that... they are allowed to park in the gravel and utilize the area. For the future, we have included additional parking in the plans of the lot next door to help with the current overflow. We have enough parking spaces per code for the property, but we do understand some units have more than two adults, and therefore need 2 to 3 spaces. We are doing our best to work to accommodate, and thank you in advance for your patience.

i LOVE living here
I absolutely love living at Renaissance. The buildings are brand new and the interior is classic & simple but modern. The exposed air ducts in some rooms give it an industrial feel and the high ceilings, even on the first floor totally sold me. There is a perfect courtyard for my dog, but we are also right next door to a city park and just a short walk over the dog park, town square, and several restaurants. The property manager and maintenance team are great and have taken care of any need i've... had asap (new light bulb install and smoke detector battery install....tall ceilings! lol) and are quick to answer or help with any questions. Just an overall great, nice place to call home in Charlestown.
