I have been here for for over 3,years and never had a problem here. The staff is friendly. Maintenance people are great. They come really quick if there is something wrong with your stuff, they try and do fun stuff for the kids. The only issue I have is the parking but overall it’s a decent place to live.

Love it here
I absolutely love living here. The staff is so caring and they take care of their residents. Close to everything. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is fabulous.

Awesome place with professional and friendly staff
5 stars to this property and team. It has been a pleasure and wonderful experience living here for the past 1.5 years. The team really cares about the families that live here. If you are looking for professional people, clean, quiet, and home felt community with lots of amenities to offer tenants, come to River Chase. That Shelby is some kind of amazing. Great Experience - Loved It Here
My Mom and I really love living here. We've been here going on 10 years and the location is perfect and the staff goes above and beyond to do anything they can to help out.
The community is pet friendly and my 2 yorkies enjoy all the green space too :)
