Many things need fixed in our apt and they practically told us it’s not gonna get done for a long time. Our door is broke and they won’t fix it. They’re rude and only care about the rent money. Nothing else matters.

Dillsboro Townhomes are under new management and all issues are being addressed and fixed in a timely fashion. One by one we are fixing and addressing every maintenance issue that was outstanding. Things are on the up and up and will continue to... progress in a positive direction.
