Summit Pointe does have large apts for a fair price. The community has normal amenities and decent lake views.

Summit pointe apts are definitely worth checking out, their prices are comparable to other high-end apartment complexes, the community is always clean and the ponds are beautiful and well maintained, there are a wide variety of birds to watch and the apartments are beautiful. On a scale of 1 to 10
I would give summit pointe a solid 9!

I've been here for nearly two months I absolutely love it the pond is beautiful with the fountains and all the willow trees and birds, the community is always kept clean, they have an excellent maintenance staff, and the office is very informative.

A beautiful way to live in Greenwood. Just minutes from Indy and Franklin. We love the scenic back porch we have and how beautiful the layout is of our apartment. We were super impressed with the staff and their willingness to help us make our decision. Leaps and bounds more professional than most apartment complexes.
