Leaking toilet all over our floor for 7 months, property manager never shows up for scheduled appointments. Windows can not be opened as there are no screens in the windows after being promised they would have them made. Front and Back door do not close and remain open because they are broken. Unsafe building.

The landlord here is indeed lazy as the last poster posted. He does not get around to fixing things in a timely manner at all. He says he will take care of things but he does not, even when it pertains to water damage & a strong musty & mildew odor in the kitchen which is what I've been dealing with in my apt for over 3 months along w/ the sound of water turning on & shutting off w/out end. The building is ok but the landlord is literally so lazy. He is very rude and never fixes anything that he should be fixing. Asked multiple times to come fix something in my apartment and never even attempted to get back to me and when he did, he said he was “busy”. He talks badly about the other people that live here and yells for no reason. Get a new landlord!
