Fairly decent. We had trouble when we first moved in but a better experience after new management was put in place. However, half of the ellipticals and one treadmill never seem to work in the workout room and one of the weight lifting machine does not have a pin to hold weights.

Put residents needs 1st and have more resident appreciation venues. Have more control on dog park and open the pool longer at night for residents to have access

Good experience, office staff is great maintenance is better since the takeover. The clientele is improving. The game room and security needs some attention.

I love being a resident. I love my unit and my quick access to my vehicle. I can't wait to enjoy the amenities in the Spring and Summer. I enjoy the thoughtfulness of managent: the pies during Thanksgiving and the wrapping station at Christmas.
