I lived in a one bedroom apartment at the Ripple for 3 years (Sept 2021 - August 2024). I would recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the Broad Ripple area. It is located conveniently on Broad Ripple Avenue walking distance to all of the amenities, but sits a few minutes off the main drag so it feels quieter/safer. The apartments are clean, modern, spacious, and have nice appliances. The gym has all of the equipment you'd really need is is never very crowded. I personally loved the upstairs... yoga room to do mat work/pilates workouts. There's a great rooftop with a gorgeous view of the river and 2 grills that we often used to cook out. The rent per month was the best value I 've seen in the area, not to mention the parking is free. (Most other BRipp apartments charge $100+/month for parking garages.) Service requests are addressed within a day if not the day you submit them. Ownership is local and responsive. It's a quiet complex with only 2 floors of tenants. It feels safe and friendly. I never worried about packages being stolen or dealt with boisterous neighbors. I really don't have a bad thing to say about our time there - 10/10 recommend!

Best of the best in Broad Ripple!
I’ve had the pleasure of living at The Ripple for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. As my first apartment out of college, I was looking for a place that was well-managed, comfortable, and responsive to any needs or issues. The Ripple has exceeded all of those expectations.
The Ripple apartment complex offers a modern living experience with all the rooms and amenities kept up to date and well-maintained. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, ensuring... a comfortable and stylish living environment. One of the standout features is the rooftop, which is not only beautifully designed but also equipped with grills and a fireplace, making it a perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining guests.
Joe and Sam, the management team, have been fantastic. They’re always on top of things, ensuring that any repairs are handled promptly. Whether I’ve needed something fixed or just had a question, I’ve always received fast and friendly responses, either through text or email.
I would highly recommend The Ripple to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Broad Ripple area. It’s been a wonderful home for me, and I’m confident it would be for others too!

Good place. Look into it at least
Lived at The Ripple from November 2021 to May 2024 I would recommmend to anyone looking for a place around Broad Ripple consider it. Never had any issues. Pros: Located within walking distance to Broad Ripple. And right next to Broad Ripple Park. Small building, but a lot of extras. Nice small gym in the building, rooftop with a view as well as grills and fireplaces, and small storage units you can get for cheap in the building. The building itself is always kept clean and in good condition... . Always quick response from management whenever I reached out to them. Any time something needed to be fixed, it was fixed within a week for small things. And next day or day of for major things. You actually get to meet and see the people running the place around every now and then and they will greet you by name. Neighbors have always been courteous, never had to deal with noise at unreasonable times. Cons: No designated parking. And that parking is shared with the businesses. But I have always been able to get a spot and most people do seem to park in the same spots, so it isn't bad. Parking inside the garage is a little tight.
Overall, I'd say check it out if you plan on living in the area.

Exceptional Living Experience at Our Lovely Apartment
I am really happy to write this review about our wonderful apartment at The Ripple that we had the joy of calling home for a year (July 2022 - July 2023). Every bit of our living experience here was outstanding and exceeded our expectations in many ways.
The kindness and efficiency of the management team truly stands out. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable living experience for all the residents is extraordinary. Not once did we have to wait longer than a few hours for any issues to be... addressed - and this even held true even on weekends. It's more than just their prompt service that impressed us; it's the warmth and personal attention that they accorded us. The managers always recognized us, remembered our names, and even rememberred where I worked. This level of familiarity made us feel more at home than we could have imagined.
The apartment itself was a delight, the apartment itself was charming, and our friends who visited were astounded that we got the apartment at the price we had. I will say as a couple who cooks together, with the kitchen stole the show. It was thoughtfully designed with plenty of counterspace and cabinets, was very spacious, and was equipped with modern amenities, making our time spent cooking and dining truly enjoyable.
As dog owners we loved the location, while not necessarily an easy stroll, our apartment was conveniently located within walking distance to various shopping hubs and an array of restaurants, offering us an enjoyable mix of urban life. The monon trail is really close by and was a favorite for the time we lived there. And let's not forget the splendid park next door, especially with the new community center, this park has been a sanctuary for us, providing a wonderful place to walk our dogs and unwind in nature.
Look, if you want to live near Broad Ripple, The Ripple is where you want to live. The only reason we moved away was because my work is paying for our new apartment, and we miss that kitchen so much. I seriously doubt you will find a better spot in the area.
In conclusion, our apartment offered us more than just a place to stay; it was a home to 2 people who moved across the country with no support system in place. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a sense of community. If you choose to make this place your home, rest assured, you're in for a remarkable experience.
