Moved in 2022. - The walls are really thin so I hear my neighbors every move, each morning. - Multiple machines in the gym have been out of order for well over a year. - Residents with pets are not held responsible for them. Ex: Residents pets use the restroom in hallways, the elevator, etc and it is not cleaned for days. - Very strict rules have been enforced to use clubhouse, almost as if they don’t want residents to use it for hosting. - Parking is and has always been terrible. Parking is... limited and CoHatch space next door uses spots meant for residents.
I loved living here when I first moved in. Things have declined since Elon Management took over and the prices are raising with no improvements to the quality of the building, management, or the amenities.

Extremely noisy. Walls are thin.
Wesmont is by far the noisiest place I’ve ever lived and I used to live in a frat house. It’s like the walls are made of tissue paper. It is extremely rare for me to get a good night’s sleep. All I want to do is move out but they want to charge me thousands of dollars just to get out. Stay away. Consider all other apartments before this place.
