Woods of Castleton review I have lived here for years. For the most part I am happy but I am 64 years old and the rent increases are becoming a lot. I am on a fixed income and the cost of living is increasing faster than my income. Can you please work on helping with this? Also, there are some minor issues that need resolve. I appreciate all that you do!

Mostly OK With the snow we had this past week, I was reminded of how poorly the lots are plowed each winter. The sidewalks were not bad, but my car got stuck for a minute just trying to turn into a parking space. Another negative is the monthly charge for the door side trash pickup that we don’t use. Other than that, it’s not a bad place.

Not bad overall. Decent pricing, good facilities, kind and helpful staff, but some things take long to get affressed (rodent problems, plumbing issues, etc).

2 weeks after a flood and no one will respond to me I had a flood ; exactly 2 weeks ago today. I have emailed , called , texted at a minimum every other day requesting an appointment to repair the damage. The entire staff including management refuses to return my email or text. We have had to postpone until the point of paying penalties ; replacing our entire lower level furniture. I have had to begin reassembly of my lower level as it is clear no one will be coming to repair the damage from the... flood. Overall not a favorable impression at the moment.
