it was good overall, the noise from upstairs neighbors hindered the experience some. staff was always friendly and helpful. maintence always helped very fast. they always have fun things to do in the office.

My unit was a bit of a fixer-upper but it's starting to feel like home. Staff is incredibly kind and friendly, moreso than any other apartment I've lived in before. That's makes a HUGE difference! There were some extenuating circumstances that made my move-in pretty chaotic, but everyone was incredibly patient and kept communication open once I got here. The only reason I can't give five stars is that the weeks leading up were difficult communication-wise and I ended up with conflicting... information. It made the weeks leading up more stressful than I would have liked, but since I got here it's been nothing but accommodating. I just wish they had a better phone number to reach the office with and not a third-party system. It made any last-minute situations (such as conflicting roommate placement) overly difficult to navigate.
Overall really great, but there's room to grow for interested tenants.
