They accuse you of stuff you don’t do. The walls are super thin. They don’t clean your apartment before you move in. Half of the windows don’t ope/close and don’t have screens. The landlord is so rude and disrespectful. The dryer works half the time. If I could give them no stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

I lived here for 3 years. When I moved in the apartment was in bad condition but I needed somewhere to stay. The original landlord was horrible so I was happy when the new landlords took over. Little did I know how they were going to be. I addressed everything that was wrong with the apartment, mainly the carpet, but there were other little things that never got fixed and they said they would keep it all in mind when it came to my deposit. I recently moved out and they deducted $150 for "carpet... cleaning". They literally replaced the carpet the day after I moved out, and they told me months prior they were going to. So why charge me $150? Did they want me to have it cleaned to be ripped up? They would also have to come in and do maintenance work, and they would walk right in and not say a word. The "landlord" Dawn is extremely rude and will never help you. I moved in a very unclean apartment. Handprints on the walls, food in the kitchen, hair in the bathroom. It took 3 months to get a copy of my lease. Never provided with a mail key. It was "my responsibility" to go to the post office and request a lock change and keys. If something is broke, she tells you to fix it after going over reasons why it's your fault. Never hires a professional to fix anything: sends random, no uniform, no... warning, or information strangers to fix it. I went without air conditioning for the end of July and most of August. She didn't have anyone come out for 3 weeks. Told me someone had to be at my apartment due to finally hiring someone and he was going to show in a half hour. We waited THREE HOURS. It was unfixable at the time and she moved us to another unit. We set a move in date where she said she would be there with the new keys and everything we needed. NEVER SHOWED. Never contacted me nor respond to my messages. I had to change the door handles and locks myself. I finally got out of there and requested a status on my deposit return and she ignored me until I continued to message her. She then told me she mailed it out a week ago on the Wednesday I talked to her. When I finally got the check it was dated for that Wednesday not a week prior. No reason what so ever to lie to me.
