Very quiet and safe community

I moved here three years ago and this has always been a quiet and safe community. The property manager has always been very responsive when needed too.

Amazing experience

I loved every minute of my time here. I moved in at the beginning of 2022 and just recently moved out. We had no issues at all, anything that we did have concerns about they took care of right away & had great communication. I couldn’t have picked a better place to live for 2 years. It was perfect for us being so close to town and still feeling like a small community. I can’t say enough good things.

Great with Minor Cons

Nice spot, decent rent. My biggest con is the HVAC system in the units. The smaller bedroom has a weaker system in all the apartments. That’s something to keep in mind.

Other reviews are fake

The other reviews on this site are clearly fake. The property manager is anything but friendly and easy to work with. I would avoid this place unless you like dog poop on the walkways, a non-functioning HVAC, and having your security deposit stolen.
