Management is an absolute joke. I was ready to sign in January, and the worker at the time told me the application was only good for 3 months, so I waited. Low and behold, it was 6 months to begin with, and now I am not looking at the place. Not to mention my application sat at their office for over 2 months.

Great place to live
My wife and I have been fortunate to find this apartment complex. It became a home to us. Both inside and outside of the buildings are clean. It is a quiet and relaxing area. I enjoy both the maintenance guys who respond quickly anytime there is an issue. The current manager is amazing. She is super awesome and welcoming.

Response from Management
I am sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience, but I must clarify that this is not the Cheswick Village you were referring to. We are located in West Lafayette IN, not Indianapolis.

Pretty Decent Place to Live
This is actually a very nice-looking complex. The buildings have a lot of space, and the area is quite well-maintained, which is especially a good thing considering that the apartments directly next to this complex don't do as well. I do wish that the gym had more amenities, but what it does have works well and is fairly secure. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful, and the area has some pretty good shopping and dining, as well as a public library branch. It would be helpful, however, if... the complex itself were a tad closer to the supermarket and the bus stop (it's a 4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which would be less of a problem if the area were a little more pedestrian-friendly.) Same with the supermarket, which is roughly a half-hour's walk from the complex-- you must walk across a highway overpass to get there, and there are no sidewalks on it.
