I hope I can give zero stars. The sound proof of this complex is very horrible, especially if you live downstairs. As a student I am often waken up by noises generated by my roommates at the middle of the night, which both interferes with my study experience and my daily life.
In addition, I am very certain that this house is built with lower than average sound proofing because footsteps would come with a loud cracking noise. Moreover, you can literally hear people talking in the street next to... the house.

They charge a lot of fess for no reason, and they don’t explain the term in a clear way. The service people break into rooms without knocking the door
