Will not renew lease

Office girls do not know what they are doing. Pool never opened until end of July this year, no notice given to residents it would not open this late. Spiders everywhere, including inside, was told they would spray my apartment and they never showed. Pictures are decieving, the property is not well maintained. There is no playground for the children except one swingset with a slide on a "postage stamp" lot. The majority of chiars at the pool are broken. Garbage everywhere. Dog park is not... maintained so it is difficult to walk animals or even let them play. Sidewalks have been is disrepair since I moved in. If you want to talk with someone at Perry Reid to complain, good luck. Girls in office will NOT give that information. The only thing nice about this apartment is knowing I have 1-year to save and move elsewhere. I honestly get the feeling that Perry Reid Properties only care about the $$, not their tenants. Sure they cater in my area to college students, but college students are people too. If you consider moving in make sure you tell them you want to do a WALK THROUGH WITH THEM! An take pictures. Also demand to see the locked door in the apartment to the AC / Heating & Water Heating Unit. Demad to see a log sheet of maintenance. FYI - Filters are NOT changed every three months as claimed. It is hard trying to translate any source of communication coming from the office, it doesn't make sense unless it iis of course letting tentants know that the office is closing early, which is often. Poor maintenance

Just about everything in this apartment has broken within the first 6 months and maintenance is slow to repair. There are also serious pest issues with brown recluses and Beatles in the apartments. The management company is not responsive to tenants.

Worst place we have ever rented

Landlords never fix anything. We will be moving out as soon as possible. The main lady is nice at first but rude after you get moved in. The rent goes up every year as well. The other lady that shows the apartments is super nice though.
