Excellent Apartments to call home

The owner, and his family that owns, and manage the apartment complex are very friendly, and care for their tenant's. Their goals is to make each one of their tenant's feel like their apartments can be called home. They are quick about getting concerns, and maintenance requests resolved quickly.

If you work the night shift, and sleep during the day like I do, you will get a good night sleep in these apartments. This apartment complex is very quite & peaceful during the day unless they are...
doing a mayor project outside, but they are good about noticing their tenants about up coming projects that could disrupt the normal peacefulness & quietness of the apartment complex.

The apartments are very clean, and well maintained inside & outside. So far I have noticed the apartments are well insulated as well, my cooling & heating costs are very low. With the apartments being all electric, and keeping the thermostat at 72 degrees, my electric bill average $125 per month.

The one area they need to make improvements in, is the access roads, and parking lots. They are in rough shape (no pot holes), and not very smooth, but that's a small minor issue for me.
