Beautiful and well maintained property!

I have been living here for two years now and have no plans to ever move! Management is very approachable and always happy to take care of any concerns. The property is gorgeous and always well maintained along with the relaxing pool in the middle of the courtyard.

More like 2.5. It's fine, not great, but if you're in a pinch.

The actual place is over all nice. Biggest complaint is with their resident portal. They just updated it and it is the same as before. It's very frustrating and will log you out often. They also do not support the largest regional bank in the state so you will be hit with convience fees on every payment, which there are a lot of to just move in. If the price goes up at all, it won't be worth it especially in a unit without a washer and dryer.

Beware: A lot of mold in ceiling and the pool is usually shut down

We lived in apartment 4B7 for 6 years. The last year the rent and fees rose considerably. They were doing a roof repair and it rained. Our ceiling caved in in several places, soaking our furniture, filling light fixtures with water, and creating a huge mess we had to deal with for a week until they came in to repair.

Their repair was to patch and paint over the ceiling. The whole ceiling of all the top floor apartments probably needed replaced to remove the mold and mildew, but that is not what...
they did.

We are finally moved out. We received no compensation for the damage to our furniture and no compensation for the mess we had to live in.

They did inform us that we wouldn't get all of our damage deposit back, since we did not clean the oven well enough. If you are able, find a different place.

Micromanagement- from staff

Good location. Nosey management. The lease is about 17 pages long. Bed bug addendum- renters insurance addendum , no curtains unless white faces outside, nit picking throughout the lease- (they asked “how often do you vacuum” during my interview for a place )notes posted on doors monthly about management complaints- dog poo, pool behavior, stuff on patio or deck if it is viewable from office , complaints on trash being on side of dumpsters - fines for trash on side of bin when full, it, fines... for everything.Billed me 3 months for their bills- when I previously gave them my account information at move in. Fought in court - they lost - but I had to pay their court cost when they filed against me. It’s in the lease. Management changed rent day due and pool hours and pool rules several times this calendar year. No insulation on top floors. Apartments decor still from the 70’s or - to renovate- they put one new item in each place (ie new vinyl in one, a (ONE )new cabinet in different apartment, a new appliance or counter in another - ) but whole place is not remodeled and they bill for a remodeled unit. I see nails from the roof in the ceilings- and nails inside the rooms from attaching siding on the outside . NO INSULATION Winter bills were $300!

Waste of money

They put in the waiting list knowing that they will not have empty unit on the time you want. To be in the waiting list you have to pay a good amount of money.They say that they will inform you when the unit is available but will never call or inform you because they are actually not having the units empty. They just want your money.
